The hotel is located near a popular street, yet a bit far to reach the dining options every time. The rooms are small but functional, and hot water facilities are available in the bathrooms. The staff is helpful and speaks English well, lending an umbrella when needed. The hotel is priced reasonably for its facilities and overall quality.

The hotel was situated in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern facilities provided. Additionally, the price was very reasonable for what was offered.

Stayed over Thanksgiving break and had a fabulous time. The facilities were very modern, with new and comfortable rooms for a reasonable price. The hotel was located conveniently near popular shopping centers. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and clean bathroom. And the best part was the excellent value for the money, we got more than what we paid for!

While the rooms had good basic amenities, the same cannot be said for the breakfast. It was not worth the time as it wasn’t good at all.

The hotel location is great, within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The modern facilities and comfortable beds are also a plus. the staff was friendly and welcoming during my trip.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The sheets and towels had stains and felt like they weren't properly cleaned.

Can't fault the property.

During my recent stay at Front One Cabin, I was impressed by the excellent location near Malioboro Street. It only took me 10 minutes to walk there, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The hotel also provided hot water, which can be hard to find in Java. The room had a TV and the overall price was reasonable for the amenities offered.

Despite a few minor issues, such as the small rooms and the limited common areas for breakfast, overall I found Front One Cabin Malioboro Jogja to be a superb budget hotel. The comfortable bed, hot shower, clean bathroom, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.
